Who will publish A Memory of Light outsite the United States?

From January 2009 Locus Magazine:

"ROBERT JORDAN & BRANDON SANDERSON's A Memory of Light, the final volume in Jordan's Wheel of Time epic fantasy series, was resold to Orbit in the UK. Tor will publish in the US."

So Orbit will publish the final Wheel of Time books in the UK.
